London fashion week food challenge for the evening

So I posted earlier about my food mission and so far so good,
All prepaid with my quick 10 minute soup that will line the stomach before any evening drinks and is high in vitamins and protein.

Take 2x salmon fillets and grill while that is going on, pop a dash of chilli oil in the pan and stir fry some ore mixed veg.

Add some spinach and then miso paste with a litre of vegetable stock through in the salmon.
Now add some brown noodles and some soya source and tobassco and simmer until the noodles are cooked.

There you go a meal that is high in veg always good more salmon then noodle and you can't feel guilty about the noodles as its one best of them and they brown.
