One for the Diary positive Art

Its London Fashion Week this week,
and to step away from blogging about fashion this week as I feel every supplement and Blog will be covering LFW and want to talk about Art.

Therefore  what I wasn't to discuss is something to look out for next month is a gallery exhibition at London's Menier Gallery for less then a week.
Artists come together to bring awareness of people effected by Down syndrome in time for Down Syndrome awareness Week,  Between  17th March to the 23rd of March.

John P Kelting who's Fine Art paintings feature a modern feel that could be drawn by Noel Fielding and feature in 'The mighty Boosh' is a Down syndrome suffer and uses Art to express himself as he suffers difficulty with Speech.

His work reflects his personality and love of Film and special effects with a wide range of media used in his work,
Below is two images that sprung out to me from his website:

Also featuring in the Exhibition is the works of  Lester Magoogan who works on animation and  Surreal illustration:

More talented contributors to come in this collective of artists all exhibiting there work to such a great cause, Certainly something I will be putting in my diary.
