To survive the Holiday Season

So it gone past Halloween and the whole season of dressing up to move on to December coming our way,

Yet some people have there decorations up already with shops tempting you to buy and christmas songs mixed in on there playlist subliminally sending the message out only how many days to christmas and you haven't completed your gift shopping ?

The season of Jolly and party frocks and suits. So the pressure is on not only to decorate  your home but to  look good Aswell.

then comes the christmas work party some dread and some love ,

However there is also a dark side to this month with figures showing depression increase over this period and deaths rising through suicide or even the rise in cold and heating costs.

And with us all forced to enjoy everything including family members you would never choose to speak to until forced at this time of year.
Some feel to not be branded 'Humbug' we put a smile on and deliver our best positive performance of the year whilst secretly  looking forward to New Year's Day when all this fun is to be over and we can finally relax,
then realise we in more debt and cannot afford what we want in the January sales so role on the January blues and bang you onto the month of valentines day!

A whole other topic.

So I don't want to bring you doom and gloom but I do want to bring style, fun and how to survive the holiday season from gifts on a budget, D-I-Y festive treats, luxury vs simplicity and any other tips And places to go and see that spring to mind.

But unlike other months to expect this to be a busy month on the blog
And I hope you enjoy what's to come!

Ho ho  lets go!
