can a Man be as brave as Angelina Jolie?

Relating to my blog earlier this week, 

I wrote about Angelina Jolie and her double mastectomy and Im glad I did as when I went to work it got a few of my male colleges talking.

the question was raised 'would they have both there testicles removed in there fear of cancer?'

the depressing answer came down to they would rather wait for the cancer to form before they went through this operation.

To be honest I didn't know how to feel with this response but has left me asking my male readers

what would you do?
